Carressa is an educator who’s deeply passionate about systems, data, equity, and collaboration — and at her core, she believes in the power of people. She earned her degree in School Psychology from Loyola University and her Master’s in Educational Leadership from North Central College. Carressa began her career as a School Psychologist, serving two years at Monroe Middle School in District 200 and four years at Naperville Central High School in District 203. She’s now in her fourth year as Dean of Intervention at Naperville Central, where she continues to champion inclusive, data-driven systems that support every student’s success.
