Colleen is a healthcare executive with a Master of Business Administration and a strong clinical foundation as a Registered Dietitian with extensive experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams across residential and outpatient behavioral health settings. She has led operations, compliance, and clinical support services, with direct oversight of nutrition services, regulatory readiness, and program performance across levels of care including Residential Treatment (RTC), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
Her leadership experience includes the development and launch of residential treatment facilities, as well as the expansion and optimization of existing programs. Colleen has played a key role in building operational infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives to support sustainable growth.
In addition to her operational leadership, Colleen brings a strong clinical foundation as a Registered Dietitian, with experience supporting patients and families navigating eating disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders. She integrates this clinical perspective into her operational approach, ensuring patient-centered, high-quality care delivery.
In 2022, Colleen co-founded a Joint Commission-accredited Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient program in Will County, addressing a critical gap in access to care. She returned to SunCloud Health in 2024 as Director of Operations and now serves as Vice President of Operations, where she continues to lead strategic growth, program development, and organizational excellence.
