Learn more about Dr. Annan
Eleanor Annan, MD is a board certified Psychiatrist who earned her medical degree from Duke University in North Carolina and completed general psychiatry residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She is currently pursuing additional training in adult psychotherapy at the Chicago psychoanalytic institute.
Eleanor works with adults of all ages struggling with a broad range of issues including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, personality disorders, major life transitions, with (or without) the help of medications.
She has a background in nutrition as an undergraduate and prior to medical school, spent years counseling Mothers on healthier lifestyle choices for their families.

I take a collaborative, integrative approach with a particular interest in marginalized groups and the intersection between culture and mental health.
