I am a #1 best-selling author, public speaker, and coach. I also have 15 years as a mental health occupational therapist working in wellness and dual diagnosis. I also have my medical doctorate that informs my speaking and coaching. I am a single mom and own and run three businesses.
I love to teach and speak to corporations, groups or events on wellness, communication, habit formation, mindfulness, leadership intimacy, self-care/burnout, and the brain and how our senses can be used to calm our brains and bodies.
I also offer coaching to men, women and couples and love to help people learn to bring more joy, passion, power and presence into their lives!
