Dr. Lauren Pace is a board-certified psychiatrist who also holds a master’s degree in fine art. She fulfilled her general psychiatry residency training at Baylor College of Medicine and completed her addiction psychiatry fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
She is joining SunCloud after two years in a private practice setting. Lauren’s clinical interests include the treatment of addiction, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
Lauren’s past experiences have broadened her knowledge and enhanced her skill set as a physician. She has had the opportunity to work with numerous individuals struggling with addiction and mental health concerns in a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient settings.
Her training as an artist deepened her desire to use creative process and artistic expression as instruments to explore the psyche and facilitate recovery and restoration.
