Molly Schmitt is the Residential Site Director at SunCloud Health’s Matteson teen residential treatment center. She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Molly received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Social Work.
Molly is passionate about supporting adolescents and their families through some of life’s most challenging moments. She is committed to creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where young people feel supported, empowered, and motivated to build lasting change. Molly values individualized, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care, and she believes in partnering closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote healing, resilience, and long-term success.
