Hope graduated from University of Iowa with a Bachelors in English. After years of struggling with her own personal addictions, she was offered a job at Grateful House in Oak Park which is a women’s halfway house. Hope worked there for 3 and a half years as a house manager. She decided to go back to school at Concordia University to get her Masters in Clinician Mental Health Counseling. After graduation she worked in the recovery housing at Hazelden Betty Ford and also worked for a community organization. She recently decided to go back to school at Adler University to obtain her PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision. Hope currently works as a clinical supervisor at Haymarket Center.
